At a space, in between., each garment is made exclusively for you. Our fabrics are often woven to order, and every piece is cut and sewn in small batches by our Japanese production partners. This process ensures exceptional quality and minimizes waste—but it also means all sales are final.
All Sales Are Final
Because each garment is made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or color preference. We encourage you to review our size chart carefully and, if needed, book an online measuring session before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
Our quality standards are uncompromising, and each piece is inspected before leaving our atelier. If, however, you believe your garment has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your order.

01 / Your order number.
02 / A brief description of the issue.
03 / Clear photos of the garment and the defect.
Our team will review your request and may ask you to send the garment back to us for inspection.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will remake the garment at no additional cost to you.
If no defect is found, the original garment will be returned to you via FedEx with tracking details.
Conditions for Accepted Returns (Defects Only)
The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Any tags or original packaging should be included.
Garments damaged due to improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear are not considered defective.
Shipping for Defective Returns
For confirmed defects, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
For items returned but not found to be defective, the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Duty & Tax Responsibility
International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) whenever possible. If your destination country requires additional duties or taxes, these will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
